The national suicide hotline it is not first responder specific, but they will talk to anyone who needs help.
Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: 988
Anyone can Call/Text/Online Chat 24/7 in English & Spanish; this new three-digit dialing code will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, where they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

A 24/7 hotline based in NJ staffed by retired officers who are licensed Clinical Social Workers, known as Cop Clinicians, and specifically trained Mental Health professionals, along with volunteer retired officers who are trained as peer supporters.

Call or Text this number 24/7, 365-day-a-year, national hotline dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster. This toll-free, multilingual, and confidential crisis support service is available to all residents in the United States and its territories. Stress, anxiety, and other depression-like symptoms are common reactions after a disaster.

Insomnia Coach: Insomnia Coach is designed for Veterans, military Servicemembers, and others who are suffering from insomnia. The app is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) and provides:
PTSD Family Coach: PTSD Family Coach is for family members of those living with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The app provides extensive information about PTSD, how to take care of yourself, how to take care of your relationship with your loved one or with children, and how to help your loved one get treatment.
Couples Coach: The Couples Coach app is designed for partners who want to improve their relationship and explore new ways to connect. Couples choose missions—small commitments to improve your relationship—to work through on their own or with their partner. There are five levels of couples training with dozens of missions to choose from. Missions help couples increase positive communication and work through conflict. The app also includes comprehensive relationship information for couples living with PTSD.
CPT Coach: CPT Coach is for people who are participating in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) with a professional mental healthcare provider. This app contains support materials for a complete course of CPT to help patients manage their treatment, including between session assignments, mobile versions of CPT worksheets, readings, and PTSD symptom monitoring.
MOVE! Coach: MOVE!® Coach is an app for Veterans, service members, their families, and others who want to manage their weight. This mobile tool provides users with weight management education and resources in an easy and convenient way. Users can monitor their progress with their health and weight goals.
VALOR: The VALOR Officer Safety App promotes mental and physical preparation to help you successfully meet the needs of the communities you serve each day.
Mindfulness Coach: Mindfulness Coach 2.0 was developed to help Veterans, Service members, and others learn how to practice mindfulness. The app provides a gradual, self-guided training program designed to help you understand and adopt a simple mindfulness practice.
Columbia Protocol: The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), the most evidence-supported tool of its kind, is a simple series of questions that anyone can use anywhere in the world to help prevent suicide.
Psych. First Aid: Following disasters or emergencies, the PFA Mobile app can assist responders who provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) to adults, families, and children. Materials in PFA Mobile are adapted from the Psychological First Aid Field Operations Guide.
Inner World- Virtual Reality Counseling: Innerworld is an award-winning mental health app offering support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. Join a weekly 80-minute skills group led by a therapist and enjoy unlimited daily support groups led by trained Guides. Get support for life’s challenges and start feeling better.
Vetchange: VetChange is an app for Veterans and Service members who are concerned about their drinking and how it relates to posttraumatic stress, and for all people who are interested in developing healthier drinking behaviors. This app provides tools for cutting down or quitting drinking, tools for managing stress symptoms, education about alcohol use and how it relates to PTSD symptoms, and guidance to find professional treatment.
